Terms and Conditions of #SelfCare Premium Rebates Promotion (“Promotion”)

  1. This Promotion is applicable for all new applications of eligible regular premium plans, including any riders attached to them (“Eligible Plans”) submitted and received by AXA between 1 January 2022 and 31 March 2022 and incepted by 30 April 2022.
  2. Eligible Plans are:

  3. This Promotion is applicable for all premium modes (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) of the Eligible Plan(s).
  4. The premium rebates will be based on the first premium payment of the Eligible Plans.

  5. For policyholder that purchase only either Group 1 or 2 Eligible Plans, premium rebates is capped at S$800 per policyholder after combining all plans (can be different Life Assured) purchased. For policyholders that purchase both Group 1 and 2 Eligible Plans, premium rebates is capped at S$1,600 per policyholder after combining all plans (can be different Life Assured) purchased.

  6. Premium rebates will be credited to policyholders’ PayNow account registered with their NRIC or FIN. We do not credit premium rebates to PayNow accounts registered with mobile or UEN for security reasons. For overseas bank accounts, we will credit the premium rebates via telegraphic transfer and the exchange rates will be based on the day of transfer.
  7. Policyholders who purchase S$25,000 or more annualised premium of Both Group 1 and 2 Eligible Plans will be entitled to one (1) Apple iPhone 13 128 GB Midnight (“Gift”). The same policyholder can consolidate multiple policies of Group 1 and 2 Eligible Plans to meet the minimum annualised premiums of S$25,000 for the Gift. For consolidation of multiple policies to meet the minimum annualised premiums of S$25,000 for the Gift, each policy will need to meet the minimum annualised premium per policy as stated in Clause 4. Each policyholder will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) Gift.
  8. To be eligible for the premium rebates and Gift, policyholders must not cancel their Eligible Plans during the fourteen-day (14-day) free look period.
  9. Policyholders who qualify for this Promotion and with their AXA policies in force by 30 April 2022 will receive the redemption letter to redeem the Gift, as applicable, by 30 June 2022.
  10. For redemption of the Gift, policyholders will need to present the redemption letter as well as their NRIC/ Passport for verification at the venue specified in the redemption letter. The redemption letter will be emailed to policyholders. Policyholders should ensure that a valid email address is provided to AXA during policy application.
  11. If a policyholder is unable to redeem the Gift personally, the policyholder may complete the authorisation form to authorise another party to collect the Gift on their behalf. A copy of the policyholder’s NRIC / Passport and the authorised party’s NRIC / Passport must be presented at point of collection.
  12. The Gift must be collected no later than 31 August 2022. There will be strictly no appeals on the extension of deadline.
  13. The Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any other promotional items or gifts.
  14. AXA reserves the right to replace or substitute the Gift with another item of equivalent value without giving policyholders prior notice.
  15. Under policy assignment, the new policyholder would be the one who is eligible for the premium rebates and/ or Gift.
  16. AXA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, withdraw or add any AXA plans to this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by AXA in conjunction with this Promotion (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding on all participants of the Promotion. Appeals will not be entertained.
  17. AXA shall not be liable for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses in conjunction with or resulting from this Promotion.
  18. You should not rely on ‘My FinScore’ when deciding to make any decision and we are not responsible for any consequences of you choosing to do so. For more information on products and to find out about solutions that are suitable for you, we recommend that you seek advice from a Financial Consultant before making any decision to purchase an insurance or investment product.

Terms and Conditions of #SelfCare Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”)

A. Lucky Draw Details

1. Definitions:

  1. “AXA” means AXA Insurance Pte Ltd
  2. “Promotion Period” means the period between 1 January 2022 and 31 March 2022 (both dates inclusive).
  3. “Eligible Participants” means any persons who has a valid Singapore residential address and Singapore registered mobile number in AXA’s records, except:
    1. Employees and Financial Consultants/representatives of AXA, Suppliers of the Prize(s) and any other company professionally connected to the Promotion;
    2. Immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause 1(c)(i) above, and “immediate family members” mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;
    3. Any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction; or
    4. Any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by AXA as being ineligible from time to time.
  4. “Eligible Plan” means all new applications of regular premium plans listed in the Table below. AXA may at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, withdraw or add any AXA plans to this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligible Plans are:

2. Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is applicable to Eligible Participants who submits new applications of Eligible Plans and the Eligible Plans are received by AXA between 1 January 2022 and 31 March 2022 and issued by 31 March 2022.
  2. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the Eligible Participant must satisfy Clause 3(b) during the Promotion Period to stand a chance to win the Prize(s) (as defined in Clause 5).
  3. This Promotion is applicable for all annualised premium amount and all premium modes (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) of the Eligible Plan(s).

3. Lucky Draw Mechanisms

  1. AXA shall conduct the Lucky Draw (consisting of January Draw, February Draw and March Draw) on the dates set out below:

    2The additional 1 lucky draw chance is only applicable for successful completion of My FinScore. There must be Eligible Plans submitted during the period from 1 January to 31 March 2022 for this additional lucky draw chance to be valid.
  3. Lucky Draw chances are cumulative throughout the Promotion Period. There are no limits to the number of chances Eligible Participant may earn during the Promotion Period.
  4. Policyholder who purchases multiple policies of the same product covering the same life assured will be eligible for only one (1) chance.

4. Conduct of Lucky Draw

  1. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at 8 Shenton Way, #24-01 AXA Tower, Singapore 068811 (or such another venue, date as may be determined at AXA’s discretion.)
  2. A total of three draws will be conducted. There will only be ONE (1) winner (“Winner”) per draw. The Winner will be drawn at random by an audited lucky draw system. The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of and be witnessed and audited by an employee of AXA together with an external auditor. The number of winners is set out in Clause 5a.

5. Prizes

  1. Prizes for the Lucky Draw are as follows:

  2. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits in kind.
  3. The prize for January Draw must be redeemed no later than 30 April 2022, the prize for February Draw must be redeemed no later than 31 May 2022 and the prize for March Draw must be redeemed no later than 30 June 2022, unless stated otherwise. If a Winner fails to claim his/her Prize within the time frame, his/her prize will be forfeited, and the Winner shall not have any claim against AXA for such forfeiture. AXA reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed prize(s) in its sole discretion including donating the same to a charity of AXA’s choice, where applicable.

6. Prize Redemption/Collection

  1. The Winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified ten (10) working days after each draw has been conducted.
  2. AXA reserves the right to withhold prize pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event that a Winner (i) does not respond to AXA within 24 hours from point of contact via phone / email, his/her prize will be forfeited, and AXA shall be entitled to select the next Winner for the relevant draw.
  3. For redemption of the Gift, policyholders will need to present the redemption letter as well as their NRIC/ Passport for verification at the venue specified in the redemption letter. The redemption letter will be emailed to policyholders. Policyholders should ensure that a valid email address is provided to AXA during policy application.
  4. If a policyholder is unable to redeem the Gift personally, the policyholder may complete the authorisation form to authorise another party to collect the Gift on their behalf. A copy of the policyholder’s NRIC / Passport and the authorised party’s NRIC / Passport must be presented at point of collection.

C. General Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions contained herein and any other instructions, terms and conditions that AXA may issue from time to time.
  2. AXA assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
  3. AXA will endeavor to hold the Lucky Draw on and at the advertised date, time and venue and by the mode (manually or electronically) as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode in such circumstances as AXA may deem appropriate.
  4. AXA has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
  5. AXA reserves the right to disqualify or disregard any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
  6. AXA may at its discretion forfeit the prize, or, if already awarded, reclaim the prize at the expense of the Winner without payment, compensation, or having to give any reason whatsoever in the event AXA subsequently discovers that the Winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to receive the prize.
  7. Prizes are subject to availability. AXA reserves the right to replace or substitute the prize with another item of equivalent value without giving Eligible Participant prior notice.
  8. AXA shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the prize.
  9. Under policy assignment, the new policyholder would be the one who is eligible for the Promotion.
  10. AXA may at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, withdraw or terminate this Promotion. AXA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, withdraw or add any Eligible Plans to this Promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by AXA in conjunction with this Promotion (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants of the Promotion. Appeals will not be entertained.
  11. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items of equivalent value. The validity period of the Prize is non-extendable. AXA will be under no obligation to replace or pay to Winner the value of the Prize that are not utilised by the Winners before the end of the validity period of the prize as may be stipulated by AXA and/or relevant merchant.
  12. AXA shall not be liable for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses in conjunction with or resulting from this Promotion.
  13. In any dispute, the AXA’s decision will be absolute and final.
