Terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is applicable for all new applications submitted and received by AXA Insurance Pte Ltd (“AXA”) between 1 May 2017 and 31 May 2017 (both dates inclusive). The relevant Life and Health AXA policy (or policies) must be incepted by 30 June 2017.
  2. Each customer must purchase one (1) AXA Life or Health policy with a minimum annualised premium of S$1,500 from the campaign specific suite of products to be eligible to one (1) complimentary General Insurance policy (“Campaign Policy”). Any additional Campaign Policy must be purchased at full price, should the customer choose not to purchase another AXA Life or Health policy.
    Eligible Life and Health plans include:
    • AXA Term Protector/ AXA Term Protector Prime
    • Early Stage CritiCare
    • 360° Cancer Care
    • AXA Mum’s Advantage
    • AXA Family Advantage
    • SmartCare Optimum Enhanced
    • InternationalExclusive
    • GlobalCare Health Plan
    This campaign is applicable for all premium modes (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) of the Eligible Life and Health Plans.
  3. Your Campaign Policy (or policies) will be processed and issued upon successful inception of the Life and/or Health AXA policy (or policies), inclusive of fourteen (14) day free-look period. You must not cancel your Life and/or Health policy (or policies) during the fourteen (14) day free-look period.
    Campaign Policy only refers to:
    • SmartHome Essential
    • SmartCare Shield
  4. For customers who purchase SmartCare Optimum Enhanced or InternationalExclusive policies as their Life or Health plan, each Insured Member is entitled to one (1) Campaign Policy valid for one (1) year. The Insured Member(s) issued under the same policy are not required to choose the same Campaign Policy.
  5. Customers must supplement their Life or Health application form with the Mother’s Day Campaign Fulfillment Form to be entitled to the complimentary Campaign policy (or policies).
  6. No cancellation or exchange of the Campaign Policy (or policies) is permitted once payment for the Eligible Life and Health Plans has been made by the customer.
  7. Campaign Policy (or policies) is not renewable and valid for only one (1) year upon successful inception of the Campaign Policy (or policies). After one (1) year, the Campaign Policy (or policies) will be terminated.
  8. All decisions made by AXA in connection with this campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding on all parties participating in this campaign. Appeals will not be entertained.
  9. AXA may at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, withdraw or terminate this campaign or vary the terms and conditions of this campaign.
