AXA is the first Integrated Shield Plan insurer to offer AXA Shield General Practitioners (GP) Panel in addition to our existing AXA Shield Specialist (SP) Panel. We ensure optimal care and appropriate treatments for you at reasonable costs.

AXA Shield Letter of Guarantee (LOG) is a true guarantee letter issued by AXA prior to your hospitalisation or surgery. This will reduce your worry knowing that your medical expenses are taken care by AXA, so that you may proceed to cashless hospitalisation and focus on a speedy recovery.

General Practitioners (GP) Panel

Specialist (SP) Panel

  • S$100* standard consultation fee per visit
  • S$70* follow-up standard consultation fee per visit
  • Over 400 medical specialist clinics across various specialities

Letter of Guarantee (LOG)

  • Up to S$1 million for AXA Shield Plan A, S$550,000 for AXA Shield Plan B or S$150,000 for AXA Shield Standard Plan (for panel specialist and subject to 
pre-authorisation of your medical conditions)
  • Up to S$50,000 for non-panel specialist (subject to pre-authorisation of your medical conditions)
  • Up to S$15,000 waiver of deposit at public hospitals

Visit a General Practitioner (GP)

Visit AXA Shield General Practitioner (GP) Panel and present your e-member card.

If you require a Specialist consultation, the GP will contact AXA Shield LOG Hotline for a Specialist referral.

Visit a Specialist (SP) Panel and Request for LOG

Visit a specialist within 3 working days and call our AXA Shield LOG hotline to request for a pre-authorised LOG if hospitalisation is required.

Experience a Hassle-free Discharge

Receive the pre-authorised LOG within 3 working days.

Rest assured that your medical bill will be taken care of by AXA and you can experience a hassle-free discharge from the hospital.
