AXA and Jaga-Me Partner to Provide On-Demand Home Nursing to Policyholders

AXA and Jaga-Me are pleased to announce a partnership that will give policyholders of selected AXA health insurance solutions access to on-demand home nursing care as part of their post-hospitalization coverage. Jaga-Me is an award-winning healthcare platform and the partnership enables AXA customers to recover in the comfort of their homes, by connecting care seekers to qualified healthcare professionals on-demand. 

“Hospitals are capable of providing wonderful acute care, but consumers will increasingly demand greater choice and convenience as they transition back home. Our partnership with AXA is the first of its kind in Singapore where a major insurer and on-demand healthcare platform come together to create a seamless post-hospitalization experience,” said Julian Koo, CEO of Jaga-Me.

Finding a trusted nurse to administer an injection or dress a wound at home can be a challenging and time consuming process. Through Jaga-Me’s platform, a qualified local nurse can be dispatched to a home in as little as two hours upon request. Jaga-Me adopts rigorous personnel screening in order to maintain a high quality of care, which is trusted by over twenty healthcare institutions - including public hospitals, community health providers, and general practitioners.

With this partnership, about 30,000 policyholders of AXA’s health insurance* will gain privileged access to a personalised AXA mobile app, giving them the flexibility to choose and manage their care seamlessly.
