Personal - Domestic Helper
Domestic Helper Claims
Step 1
  • Notify Anda Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd within 21 days on the happening of any accident or illness which may give rise to a claim
  • Notify the police if there is evidence of criminal or malicious act involved
  • All medical reports and information required by the Company shall be furnished at the Insured expense

Documents required
  • Original completed Domestic Helper Claim Form
  • Original Medical Bills
  • Copy of In-Patient Discharge Summary from the hospital
  • Copy of the Insurance Certificate
  • Copy of the Work Permit
  • Copy of the Employment Contract showing the monthly salary of the domestic helper
  • Copy of the Medical Certificate of Treatment (PDF) (where applicable)
  • Police Report (where applicable)
  • Copy of the Death Certificate (where applicable)
