Harriett Macuno, Assistant Manager of AXA Customer Care, tells us about her day-to-day work ensuring operations are smooth at the customer centre, and the incredible pride and satisfaction she gets from helping people.

Besides advising customers on critical life matters and solving time-sensitive issues related to their health, property and finances, Harriett takes responsibility for grooming her team to ensure overall customer satisfaction at the Centre.

Staff at AXA Customer Care go through regular trainings to uphold quality standards throughout a customer’s journey with AXA. Harriett’s work also entails ensuring speedy service, minimizing disruptions and attending to complaints and escalations, always keeping in mind AXA’s core value of ‘Customer First’.
