SmartHelper Claims Procedure and Documentation


What to do in the event of a claim
  • Notify Anda Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd within 21 days on the happening of any accident or illness which may give rise to a claim
  • Notify the police if there is evidence of criminal or malicious act involved
  • All medical reports certificates and information required by the Company shall be furnished at the Insured/maid’s expense

Documents required

  • Original completed SmartHelper Claim Form
  • Original Medical Bills
  • Copy of In-Patient Discharge Summary from the hospital or the Medical Certificate of Treatment
  • Copy of the Insurance Certificate
  • Copy of the Work Permit
  • Copy of the Employment Contract showing the monthly salary of the maid
  • Police Report (where applicable)
  • Copy of the Death Certificate (where applicable)

e-Claims Notification


Before you begin our e-Claims Notification, have you done the following?
  1. Read our claims procedure in our website.
  2. Notify your agent/broker immediately of the claim or call us at our hotline no. 1800 8804 741 for further notice.

If you have done so, you may proceed to file your e-Claims.
