AXA Products Liability insurance is designed to help protect businesses for claims that arise from personal injury and property damage as a result of an occurrence in connection with your products. It also covers the defence costs that are incurred in respect of the claim.

What is Covered?

  • Personal injury and property damage caused by products supplied by your business.


Features and Benefits

Personal injury cover includes bodily injury including death, illness, disability, shock, fright, mental anguish and mental injury.

Property damage cover includes:

  • Actual physical damage to tangible property
  • The loss of use of tangible property which has not been damaged but cannot be used due to damage to other tangible property

Options

  • A choice of up to S$20,000,000 Limit of Liability is available
  • Worldwide cover
